Duplicate Awards and Multiple Thanks

At the end of 2012, I was nominated again for the REALITY Blog Award by Stefanie at Kokopelli Bee Free Blog.

Additionally, I was awarded my third star out of a total of 6, for the Blog of the Year 2012 Award by Fae at Fae’s Twist & Tango! She had also nominated me recently for the second star as well!

And last but not least, two additional nominations for the Very Inspiring Blog award by Ute Smile and Your Inner Feathers by Ruby!

What a great way to end the year!

All of these terrific women have a beautiful spirit and warmth which provides a wonderful source of healing, inspiration and comfort to those who visit them. Thank you for these special acknowledgments! I really appreciate it!

This time around I was not presented with questions to answer, so I have provided the ones I was given the first time around, and the answers as shown in the original acceptance post.

Questions and Answers for the REALITY Award

1. If you could change one thing what would you change? I would add self-esteem and life skills courses in schools.
2. If you could repeat an age, what would it be? Age 18
3. What one thing really scares you? The passing of a loved one
4. What is one dream you have not completed, and do you think you’ll be able to complete it? To live near the beach, and host large seminar events on personal development topics which I do believe is possible.
5. If you could be someone else for one day, who would it be? I would not want to BE someone else but I would not mind experiencing the influence and lifestyle of someone like Oprah Winfrey for a day!

The Liebster Blog Award

I was recently nominated for the Liebster Blog Award by Andrea Kelly at The Hand Written Life! It is always an honor to be recognized in this way, and I really appreciate it! Thank you, Andrea.

 

 

 

It is my understanding that this award is meant for people with fewer than 200 followers, as a fun way to get to know them a little better. However, because it is difficult to tell which blogs fit that criterion, this award can be used as a wonderful way to connect with others regardless of how many followers they have!

Here are the answers to the questions posed to me:

If you could be any household appliance, what would you be?

An electric heater because you get the summers off.

Why did you start blogging?

To exchange thoughts, ideas, and inspirational information with others while sharing our passions as well.

Fortunately, I can’t remember embarrassing myself in public recently, so I will sidestep this question for now.

Being told that my help changed someone’s life, by providing a different way to view their world.

That would be Friday, because it means the end of the work week and the beginning of the weekend.
